Can't set Office to dark

  Hello,

  i cant set my Outlook to dark theme.

  When i change it to dark or black and click "apply" nothing happens.

  Enviroment:

  Office 2019 Standard (all Updates installed)

  TerminalServer (Windows Server 2019) (all Updates installed)

  i already set it to dark via GPO but nothing happens, it stays in "color" Mode.

  I hope someone can help me
