Hallo, ich wollte heute unter Word die Funktion Dictate nutzen, hat jedoch nicht funktioniert. Nach Anklicken des Mikrofon Icons erhielt ich die Fehlermeldung "Unable to create MicrophoneRecoClient". Die Tastenkombination Windows +H hat ebenfalls
nicht funktioniert. Ich nutze ein Headset von LogiLink (UA0053) dies hat auch in der Vergangenheit funktioniert. Ich habe das Gerät deinstalliert und wieder installiert, dass Gerät wird erkannt / Treiber sind aktuell, die Einstellungen im Soundbereich funktionieren.
Ansonsten nutze ich W10 und Office 2016 - Dell Notebook 1,5 J alt.
Für einen Rat wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Hi, I tried to use Dictate today, but it doesn't work. While connecting the Headset (LogiLink UA0053) there was always the error-information "unable to create MicrophoneRecoClient. The combination of windows + "h" also doesn't work. Iwas
able to use it in the past. I checked everything but could not find the mistake. Checked: headset, sounds, drivers - everything is ok. I am using W10 and Office2016 with a Dell-Notebook.
Please, I need your support.
