I am trying to setup the Team Foundation Server 2010 Extensions on my SharePoint Server (TFS itself ist installed on another machine).
After installation of the components I am getting into the step of configuration.
Unfortunately this is not possible, it throws an error and records this in the log file:

Well, TF250002 indicates that there are no web applications in SharePoint. But honestly, there are four of them. So the real reason of this error must be something else.
During research on this error I also tried to run that tool:

But this only shows up an Eroor "Object Instance not refence to an Object"
So I assume there is something wrong with my SharePoint installation
My OS environment is:
Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard RTM
SharePoint 2010 Server (not Foundation)
German Language Versions
