    Hi all,

    We want to integrate existing HP ThinClients T5740 (Windows Embedded Standard 2009) into SCCM. There is no problem installing the SCCM Client to these Systems. After that you are able to deploy small software packets without any trouble.

    The only thing that doesn't work is remote control. Our helpdesk have to use the remote control feature to support users.

    There appears an Error:

    Es konnte keine Remotesteuerungssitzung auf dem Remotecomputer eingerichtet werden

    In English it is something like: Remote Session cannot be established.

    Any Ideas?

    SCCM 2007 oder 2012?

    RemoteControle.log bei 2007

    Ports offen? -> TCP 2701,2702, 135

    Client Einstellungen richtig gesetzt? (remotetools)

    Hab den Fehler gefunden!

    Der Configuration Manager Remote Control service war seltsamerweise disabled. Keine Ahnung warum, weil ich konnte die ganze Zeit ja den Configuration Manager in in der Systemsteuerung öffnen und selbst die einzelnen Komponenten zeigte es mir da ja aktiv an....  Sehr verwirrend.

    Danke für eure geduldige Hilfe!

    SCCM 2012 (ohne SP1)

    kann leider diese logdatei nicht finden. wo müsste sie genau sein?

    Die Clienteinstellungen sind korrekt. normale PCs in gleicher Sammlung mit gleicher Einstellung funktionieren einwandfrei. Firewall ist aus.

    mhhh, Clientinstallation verlief aber ohne Fehler?

    ccmsetup.log hat keine Fehler drinnen?

    auf anderen Clients mit den gleichen Clientsettings geht es?

    Bei nicht ThinClients geht es normal.

    Im Configuratons Manager auf dem ThinClient stehen die meisten Komponenten auch auf "aktiviert", u.a. auch der remotetools-agent.

    Wenn du Software an die ThinClients verteilst, ist die nach einem Neustart immer noch da? Könnte mir den Schreibschutz der Clients als Fehlerquelle vorstellen.

    ok, ich lese mir das mal durch. jedoch sind die schreibfilter bei uns disabled und entsprechend wird verteilte software auch beim neustart nicht entfernt.

    Allerdings geht es mir grundsätzlich auch gar nicth darum, software zu verteilen. Das habe ich nur getestet. Ich möchte eigentlich ausschließlich Remotesteuerung via sccm für unseren Helpdesk bereitstellen...

    das windows event log auf dem client gibt nichts her. also wirklich NICHTS. In dem steht nur direkt nach der installation was. aber das ist ja das selbe wie in dem geposteten log-file.

    Wenn ich am Server das Logging auf Verbose stelle und dann im SmsAdminUI.log schaue, macht er nur eine einzige zusätzliche Zeile rein:

    [1, PID:6648][03/27/2013 09:12:04] :Launching Remote Control E:\ConfigMgr\AdminConsole\bin\i386\CmRcViewer.exe with command line arguments  HP-00WGJQ3JT9QK \\SCCM2012.dom.de

    echt doof. :-(

    (vielleicht noch erwähnenswert: SMS 2003 funktioniert bei gleichen thinclients in den meisten Fällen noch. Nur der soll jetzt durch sccm abgelöst werden - zunächst bei neuen, jungfräulichen thinclients)

    Hast mal probiert von "Hand" zu verbinden? 

    cmrcviewer.exe starten und über Datei -> verbinden ? 

    Auf Clients wo das mit sms2003 noch geht, geht mit 2012 nicht? Oder hast du das bisher nur bei neuen, jungfräulichen Clients probiert?

    hab's bislang nur auf einem neuen versucht. bzw. auf mehreren neuen.

    den viewer von hand ausgeführt habe ich auch schon; da kommt die selbe Meldung.

    Irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl, dass auf dem Client vielleicht irgendeine notwendige Windows Komponente fehlt.

    Ich könnte theoretisch Dinge nachinstallieren, jedoch nur, wenn ich ganz genau wüsste was. In der Systemsteuerung/Software bekommt man nicht die klassische Auswahl, sondern kann nur direkt von einem Datenträger nachinstallieren.

    Ich glaube nicht das du noch etwas installieren musst, ich glaube ehr ein häckchen (o.ä.) fehlt irgendwo :)

    mh mh....

    Probiere mal auf einem thinclient rc zu machen wo es mit 2003 geht.

    Hab den Fehler gefunden!

    Der Configuration Manager Remote Control service war seltsamerweise disabled. Keine Ahnung warum, weil ich konnte die ganze Zeit ja den Configuration Manager in in der Systemsteuerung öffnen und selbst die einzelnen Komponenten zeigte es mir da ja aktiv an....  Sehr verwirrend.
