Contact card showing different values for federated users and internal users RRS feed

  • Hi!

    I've just stumbled across an "interesting problem". The situation is as follows:

    - Skype for Business on-premise

    - some users, that belong to a company we bought, are showing the old company name in their contact card, but only when looking at the card as a federated user(!). When looking at the contact card with an internal user, I see the correct information.

    - I've checked AD and the attribute values are correct

    - I still suspect it's an AD problem, because when these users look at their own contact information in O365 (we have a SfB-Hybrid), they see the old information as well (f. i. when working in Delve).

    Anybody have an Idea where else I could look to fix this problem?

  • The problem is fixed. It seems that our WAP Servers where caching the information. Don't ask me how. ;)
