we have implemented a new protocol handler, for our DMS lets call it company://
It all works really well since 3 months but from time to time the Virus Scan gets in our way.
It only happens when you embed a hyperlink to the new handler inside a Office document, and even then you can click the same link 10 times, maybe it gets found one time, if even. The corresponing definition is called "Win32/SuspOfficeFileExec.H".
Since the severity is defined as severe, i am not really ready to disable this definition globally. It also happens before the protocol handler even gets started, so it must only be the hyperlink.
Personaly i can make no ryhme on this, why it happens and when. Has anybody a remote idea wher or how i can get this thing working or what i could invest deeper?
