    Hi,

    currently we have some strange issues with Skype for Business. We are using internal Skype for Business server.

    Several users in our organization report that they receive some messages twice within Skype for Business chat window. We already checked some cases and we can ensure, that the messages haven't been send twice, but they show up twice on the recipients side. This happens randomly for several users. There is no possibility to reproduce this issue intentionally.

    Thanks a lot in advance for any suggestions on how to fix this issue.

    Hi all,

    we have exactly the same issue. We're using an onPrem Skype for Business Infrastructure and our users report that sometimes messages are received twice.

    We are having the same issues.  Any idea what is causing the issue?

    I ran Get-CsServerPatchVersion, here is the version we are running:

    We too having this issue! We're using Lync Server 2013 and Skype for Business 2015 clients.

    Is there any chance for a solution?

    Hi all,

    yesterday we have installed the January 3 update for Skype for Business 2015 on some of our Clients and it resolved the double Chats.

    Update has been applied to our clients and user have been informed. I am currently waiting for some feedback. Hope this fix will resolve this issue finally.

    No more duplicate messages since applying the update. Until now, it looks like it is resolving the issues.
