schau mal bitte ob die folgenden Lösungen auch in Deinem Fall hilfreich sind:

If it's working correctly on a new account given about where the crash probably is given the crash data I'm curious if your lock screen image cache is somehow corrupt. If you forced me to guess, I would suspect that something was wrong with the folders under C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\SystemData , but that's nothing but a wild theory based upon close to zero information.

Thank you very much, zachd!I open C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\SystemData and found some lock_screen files in it. at first, i got some problem to delete them, because of security permission. I add permission to my account (full control) and those files can be deleted. Now, after those files are gone, the lock screen setting can be used normally.
Wenn nicht, kann man im Ereignisprotokoll einen Fehlercode vielleicht sehen?
