Outook is not accepting credentials for mailbox present in office365.


  • I migrated my mailbox from Exchange 2013 on premise to office 365.

    I am trying to configure my outlook now and it is not accepting my credentials after migration of my mailbox to office365.

    I have E3 License for my profile. 

    Please suggest on this.

  • Is your web traffic going via a web proxy server?

    you need to bypass web proxies and web filtering for Office 365 traffic

    How about new a mailbox in Office 365, and check the result?
    Is it a hybrid environment?

    In a hybrid environment, we need point autodiscover record to On-premise Exchange server.
    For testing, please login Office 365 OWA.

    Then, run ExRCA (select Office 365 table) to test Outlook Connectivity.
