OneDrive : Can't open online-only file, Download later RRS feed

    We have a problem with OneDrive on Windows 10 1809.
    We can't open a file on OneDrive which is in "Available when online" status. The following error appears: "Make sure you're connected to the Internet, then try again. We can download the file the next time you're online".
    By clicking on "Download later", the file is opened without any problem. This error can occur on any file in "Available when online" status and seems random.
    Not everyone is facing this problem. Internet is of course available when the error appears. 
    For information, we use the latest version of OneDrive, Files on Demand is enabled.

    Do you have any suggestion to solve this issue ?
