O365 Migration from Thailand tenant to Myanmar tenant

    Our O365 tenant was in Thailand as we subscribed before O365 was launched in our country Myanmar. As an Microsoft partner, it needs the parter location country and O365 tenant must be the same, we migrated from our O365 account from Thainland to Myanmar tenant. We used third party tool, CodeTwo for migration. Domain name was also bind to new tenant. But we cannot send email for so many error since then.

    Following are the email delivery errors since after migrating. Even though we worked with MS support team, they could not suggest to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

    Remote Server returned '550 5.7.705 Access denied, tenant has exceeded threshold. For more information please go to AS831'

    Remote Server returned '550 5.7.501 Service unavailable, Client host blocked using Spamhaus. To request removal from this list see (AS16042849)'

  • Hi Kyi Kyi Swe,

    I would log this with Microsoft support as this seems to be a back-end issue related to your tenant/public IP. There is no configuration change you can make yourself to resolve this unfortunately.
