Web Platform Installer 4.5 installing process takes ages RRS feed

    Helle everyone,

    I have a new windows server 2012 and trying to install some applications with the Web Platform Installer, I had several attempts but with the same result that the installing process could take forever without any installation. I had a look in the error log which said to me I had to look into the action control panel, which keeps me uninformed. 

    There is not much where I can make a mistake I hope some one can help me .
