Cannot install Hotfix of KB976586 RRS feed

    Hi @ all:

    System: Win7Pro 64bit, all Updates installed

    Problem:

    The system is a little fileserver and it is administrated via remotedesktop. When trying to connect to the system via remotedesktop, the system crashed down and made a reboot.

    Watching in system event protocol, i found the problem: Wininit Event-ID 1015, lsass.exe crashed with statuscode 255

    I googled the stauscode and found this hotfix:

    I tried to install the hotfix (filename 'Windows6.1-KB976586-x64.msu'), but after showing the error message that the hotfix is not applicabale the installation process aborts.

    Can anyone help me to fix the problem please?
