I am using the Microsoft Outlook CRM client. when I click on Advanced Find, a web page opens but is blank with a message. "There was an error while executing action for this menu Item/button."
Advanced Find has always worked in the past for me. the changes I made lately was trying to determine why I was getting that annoying Pop Up blocker error. Well, after turning off and uninstalling my Google pop up blocker and the IE pop up blocker, that problem is now gone. But now I cannot open Advanced Find.
Help. I need this function.
