I'm running into some weird behavior with our OWA on Exchange 2016. We've recently deployed a Web Application Proxy that publishes the Exchange OWA. We're using passthrough auth since we haven't used ADFS before.
If a users is trying to login from a Desktop (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari), the user will be redirected to the login page every time he logs in. If the same users is trying to login from a smartphone (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), it works. When
I tell my Chrome on Android to use the desktop site instead of the mobile site, I'm not able to login either. Only the mobile site seems to work.
We're using a split DNS. Internal OWA works fine, it's only the WAP OWA.
I've checked all certificates in IIS but couldn't find anything suspicious.
Anyone possibly has an idea why this is happening?
