Mail Receive does not work - 4.7.0 Temporary server error RRS feed

    Hi,

    we have a new installed 2013 Exchange Server with both Roles. The MX Record of the mail-domain is set to our public ip address and our Firewall did have a nat rule to forward port 25 to the Exchange Server. We can send mail without any poblem. But i am not able to receive a E-Mail. The test with testexchangeconncetivity.com returns:

    Error in processing. The server response was: 4.7.0 Temporary server error. Please try again later. PRX2

    In the log (..Exchange Server\V15\TransportRoles\Logs\FrontEnd\ProtocolLog\SmtpReceive) i can found:

    Message or connection acked with status Retry and response 451 4.4.0 DNS query failed. The error was: DNS query failed with error ErrorRetry

    The DNS Settings are the local domain dns server. I have tried to change the dns lookup settings in the Exchange with external/internal dns Servers but without success.

    Any Ideas?
