Since the final Preview build i have crazy mousepointer / cursor. (see the attachment)
Is there any method to fix this issue?
Problem was a buggy Nvidia driver that was published via Microsoft updates.
If you downgrade to Nvidia Driver Version 352.84 the problem are solved.
