You are using the wrong syntax:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc708604%28WS.10%29.aspx

  • Thanks for the hint, but tried again different command without success:

    I tried this:

    xcopy to x:\wsus

wsusutil movecontent x:\wsus c:\temp\wsusmove.log -skipfile or
wsusutil movecontent x:\wsus \\UNC-Path c:\temp\wsusmove.log -skipfile or without -skipfile and now this message:

Fatal Error: You must specify an existing local directory on an NTFS partition as an absolute path or specify an existing UNC path for the new content file
    location

    Any more ideas ?

You can not move the Content to a net drive. It must be an local drive.

Don't think it can be working, maybe its a feature for the next WSUS.
;) Whats the reason for moving the Content? No more space? Do you use
the Cleanup Wizard? Decline updates, run the Cleanup Wizard and after
30 days run the Wizard again.
