Hello everybody,
We have some Windows Fileservers and there are some different folders with different access rights, on one root folder there are some sub-root folder and every folder has its own group of users who can access it. The problem is that some user have access
to 2 different folders and then (already happend) users are able to cut the folder and paste it somewhere else (by mistake), i want to prevent this by add the right: "deny delete".
That works great, BUT when some new file is created it automaticly inherits the root folders access rights, so the file is not deletable. Is there any way to get only the folder undeletable but every file and folder is full accessable?
Thanks in advance.
Regards, Duffkess
