I am currently migrating from SBS 2003 to SBS 2011 Essential using the migration guide. When I try to join the old clients to the new server it works just fine for some of the clients. However, for the other ones I receive an error saying that either there
was an installation running on the client or a restart pending. To make sure that there was no update running I restarted the clients several times but received the very same error the next time I tried to connect them to the server. Can I somehow identify
which process blocks the connect? How do I connect the remaining clients?
