    Guten Tag,

    ich habe das Phänomen das Outlook 2016 im "Cache-Modus" anscheinend nicht von allein das Offline-Adressbuch aktualisiert. Werden neue User angelegt sind diese nicht vorhanden durch die nicht aktualisierung. Stößt man im Outlook den Prozess manuell an über "Senden/Empfangen -> Adressbuch downloaden" , klappt dies auch tadellos und neue Benutzer sind vorhanden.

    Aber wieso macht das Outlook 2016 nicht mehr von allein?

    Outlook lädt das Adressbuch alle 24 Stunden herunter:

    siehe u.a. Hier:
    Admin OAB

    Q5: How frequently is the offline address book updated on the Outlook client?

    A5:     If left constantly running, Outlook in cached mode automatically updates the offline address book on the client every 24 hours. The 24-hour time period is measured from the time that the offline address book was last downloaded successfully. For example, if you complete an offline address book download at 09:00 today, Outlook will start the offline address book download the next day at approximately 09:00. Therefore, different people will receive updates at different, random times.

    Hallo MaddinB,

    was veranlasst dich zu der Annahme, dass Outlook 2016 das OAB nicht mehr automatisch herunterlädt? Kannst du dein "anscheinend" etwas detaillierter formulieren?

    Hi,

    ich hatte damals das selbe Problem, als ich nach Ex2016 migriert habe. Ist mir erst aufgefallen, als wir einen neuen Mitarbeiter bekommen haben. Ich habe dann einfach ein neues OAB angelegt und das Problem war damit behoben.
