Hello,
after installing VS 2015 with no error I create a new Win Form Application Project and started. Everything was fine. After a second start an error appears:
The Debugger could not be started, Error code 0x80040155.
Now I can't start any application, no older ones, no new ones.
I'm frustrated, because a Project must be finished.
