PXE Problem SCCM 2012 Teststellung (RTM Version) RRS feed

    Hallo ITler! ;-)

    Testumgebung:

    Virtualbox mit 1*DC+DNS+DHCP,1*SCCM Server mit SQL + 1Client - Alle im selben Subnetz

    Folgendes Problem:

    Ich habe einen Distribution Point mit PXE eingerichtet + eine Task Sequence auf Unknown Computer deployed.

    Alle Komponenten in der SCCM Konsole zeigen mir grün an.

    Am DHCP ist folgendes konfiguriert:

    Option 66: 192.168.0.2 (=IP des SCCM Servers welcher PXE-fähiger Distribution Point ist)

    Option 67: SMSboot\x86\wdsnbp.com

    Es erscheint KEINE Fehlermeldung am Client beim PXE Boot, es steht nur "sending proxydhcp request to 192.168.0.2...."

    Hallo,

    ich habs nun gelöst:

    Es gibt von Virtual BOX ein zusatzpaket dass auch die Intel Netzwerkkarten bootfähig macht, damit funktionierts problemlos, dein ansatz war also vollkommen richtig.

    DHCP 66 und 67 hab ich wieder rausgenommen (braucht man wenn dhcp + sccm im selben subnet sind ja nicht).

    ConfigMgr-seitig sieht das richtig aus. Scheint dann aber so, dass in der Kommunikation Client <--> WDS/PXE etwas nicht klappt. Am besten mal einen Sniffer anwerfen und den Traffic untersuchen. Ich hab aber schon des öfteren von Problemen bei Virtualbox mit PXE-Boot gelesen, siehe zB hier http://ictschule.wordpress.com/2012/03/06/pxe-boot-fr-virtualbox/
