Problem with S/MIME certificate enabled User Account and Exchange Online Office 365 Email Encryption RRS feed

    Hello everybody,

    I have a official trusted S/MIME user certificate with a Windows Server 2012R2 Domain. My Client with Windows 8.1 Pro and Office 2013 Outlook is connected to the Domain. The Outlook trust Center is configured to sign emails with the s/mime StartSSL certificate. The Windows Server 2012 R2 is connected with the Windows Azure Active Directory Connector to the Office 365 cloud. The user in the cloud from the Active Directory has the same S/MIME certificate. Is it a must that the own internal root-ca must be signed? I have created also two Transport rules for the Office 365 email encryption. That emails has to be encrypted when the recipient is outside the organization. When I create a signed email from the Client the email is going through the Transport encryption rule but the Message isn't encrypted. I got the message in plain text in my external email account. Can you help me?Thanks in Advance.

    da Du im deutschen Forum bist, antworte ich erstmal auf deutsch.

    Für Office365 gibt es eigene Foren. Und da Du für den Support bezahlst und dort auch Microsoft-Leute unterwegs sind, solltest Du die Frage dort stellen oder ein Ticket an den Office365 Support eröffnen.
