MDT: Have to clean disk before MDT can handle the partitions RRS feed

    Hey there I have an issue here with HP x2 220 G2 Notebook/Tablets.

    I create ISO Images from MDT for deploying with USB Drives. Uefi.

    This fails all the time with several disk failure erros. These devices are preinstalled from HP with Uefi system and I think that is the root cause why MDT cant process.

    When I open the console and make a clean on the relevant disk - after that MDT proceeds fine!

    Dont't know whats happening but does anyone have a solution on maybe how to implement a select disk 1 and clean command before the disk partitioning? Or how to format the disk 1 prior to partitioning?

    a) create Txtfile in MDTShare\Scripts Folder, e.g. wipe.txt
    ---- wipe.txt ----
    select disk 0
    clean
     
    ---- wipe.txt ----
     
     
    b) add "Run Command" in Tasksequence prior Disk partitioning
    diskpart -s %scriptroot%\wipe.txt
     
     
    Dikspart will run silent and uses the command from the textfile, like a
    batch.
