Hi TechNet Team,
we have a MS Server 2008 R2 Std. x64 in an VMware environment with Remote Desktop Role an MS Office 2010 SP1 (14.0.6112.5000 32 Bit) installed on it.
When a user is connected to the RDP with a MAC an works in Office 2010, it is not possible to make a @ at the "to" field when a new message should be written. At editor its no problem.
I´ve found a MS Hotfix, witch solved the problem in other environments for me but here i get a error message:
"Von dem auf diesem System installierten Paket sind keine Produkte betroffen"
That means in my understanding that the version we installed is not affected by this issue. But it is. And i only can download the german version of this hotfix. But our Office installation is a english one.
Anybody out there with the same problem or a solution? Thank you for response.
