printer driver for Cannon MX885printer is not working after Win8 installation

Why did my printer driver of win7 for cannon MX885printer disapear after win8 installation?

When I now try to install a new printer driver from cannon, I get the answer, that the kernelmodus printerdriver.... is not kompatible.???

Please help me quick, i can print out anything.

Do I habe to deinstall win8?
