Unter Windows XP Sp3 scheitert meine geplante Installation von MS-SQL-Server 2008 Express immer wieder mit:
"Ein MOF-Fehler ist aufgetreten".
Deinstallation und erneute installation helfen nichts, wobei ich bei der zuvor empfohlenen "Untersuchung der Fehlerursache" (s.u.) noch ratlos bin.
Hinter dem Fragezeichen der Fehlermeldung erscheint:
