Hello everybody,
when starting UPS I get 4 events 234 in event log of windows server.
The event message is all the same:

The event date says "The root element is missing".
I searched a lot on internet, but the typical event 234 in this context is with certificate issues.
After these 4 events are logged the FIM services are stopped and UPS changes to "stopped" again.
I hope someone can help me here.
