IPv6 Problem / running only in IPv4 RRS feed

    Hello,

    we´re running HE 2010 SP2 with only in IPv4 mode.

    IPv6 is not activated on Network card (protocol not checked).

    But since 3-4 days, we saw that Mail queue is growing and growing more and more up.

    On SMTP logs we found, that Exchange SMTP Server is trying to connect in IPv6 mode, not in IPv4.

    So mails now in stuck.

    We searched for a solution, but not sure:

    In Exchange Console -> Server Configuration -> Hub Transport -> Default Receive Connector has also IPv6 25 activated.

    Connector Internet only IPv4.

    So is it possible to remove this IPv6 here or is this critical?

    How we can reconfigure SMTP Servers to work only in IPv4?

    Thanks for an answer ... we´re lot under pressure, because mail queue is very high.
