New installed Windows 7 clients wont update. RRS feed

    Hi,
    every new installed computer (Windows 7 SP1 32-Bit) won't be able to update via my WSUS server (3.0 SP2 on Windows 2008 R2 SP1).
    Windows Update says it wasn't able to search for updates Code: 800B0001
    The WSUS server says that it hasn't created a report.

    The clients which were previously installed work without a problem with the WSUS server.
    Looks like every installed computer since the beginning of july has that problem.
    We changed our primary domain controller during that time.

    Could that be a problem?

    Solutions we tried:
    - Several computers & Windows images (which definitely worked)
    - Removing the Windows update registry keys on the clients.
    - Reregistrating the .dlls of Windows update on the clients.
    - The solution provided by Windows Help: Systemupdate preperation tool
    (Update via internet is working)

    Is this a known issue and are there any solutions to that?
