Windows scrolls to the top in the "Issue" item

I have an issue with a long feedback. Inside the feedback box, I can scroll down (edit mode), that is working OK.

But if I start typing at the end of the feedback box, at the end of the text, after a small pause (like 2 seconds) the windows scrolls to the top again.

If I continue typing, it scrolls to the bottom, if I stop typing scrolls to the top etc. This is very annoying, as you can basically not read back what you type. Except when you with the mouse scroll down again.

Would be great if this can be fixed.
