Close Ticket with Self Service Portal RRS feed

  • Hi,

    can a user close a self created ticket by himself via Self Service Portal (Service Manager) ?

    And how is this implemented ?

  • You can "cancel" your incident ticket in the SCSM Self Service Portal. This will resolve the incident in SCSM.

    • Open the SCSM SSP
    • Navigate to "My requests"
    • Click on the incident you want to cancel
    • Click on  the link in the right bottom called "Cancel request"
    • Enter a comment and click on "save"
