You can "cancel" your incident ticket in the SCSM Self Service Portal. This will resolve the incident in SCSM.
- Open the SCSM SSP
- Navigate to "My requests"
- Click on the incident you want to cancel
- Click on the link in the right bottom called "Cancel request"
- Enter a comment and click on "save"
