Outlook meldet "Der Name kann nicht aufgelöst werden", OWA, ActiveSync & Co gehen /:

Ich bin völlig verzweifelt - hoffentlich kann mir jemand weiterhelfen!

Ich schaffe es nicht, Outlook mit Exchange Server 2013 RTM zu verbinden. Exchange ist mit allen Rollen auf COM1 installiert, Der Global Catalog ist DC1, es gibt keine weiteren Server in der Konfiguration.

Outlook findet die Servereinstellungen automatisch via Autodiscover. Dann folgt jedoch untenstehende Fehlermeldung.

Merkwürdig ist, dass der Server durch eine ID@MailDomain ersetzt wird. Bei Postfach wird immer =SMTP: und dann die Adresse des Nutzers angezeigt.

Auch merkwürdig ist, dass die Postfacheinstellungen auf einmal erkannt werden (unterstrichen) wenn ich als Exchange Server DC1, Den Global Catalog eintrage - auf diesem ist jedoch Exchange nicht installiert, also folgt eine weitere Fehlerarmada.

Hallo!

Leider hat alles nichts geholfen ): Im Eventlog habe ich keine relevanten Fehler ausfindig machen können. Die Autodiscovery-Antwort hab ich bis ins kleinste Detail auseinandergenommen. Ich habe als Clients mehrere Rechner mit Outlook 2010 und 2013 probiert, leider hat das zu keinem Erfolg geführt.

Was für mich zu Erfolg geführt hat, war Exchange 2013 auf dem Domänencontroller zu installieren - ich weiss das das nicht ratsam ist, aber bei Small Business Server ist das ja auch so. Resultat ist: jetzt klappt alles bestens (:

Hast Du es mal mit einem anderen (neuen) Benutzer versucht?

Hey Timo!

Vielen Dank, der Artikel beschreibt leider nicht mein Problem. Ich kann nach belieben Nutzer hinzufügen, ändern und löschen. Alle können problemlos auf Exchange über OWA und ActiveSync zugreifen.

Das einzige Problem stellt die Verbindung mit Outlook dar. Autodiscover funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Trage ich im oben sichtbaren Fenster als Exchange Server den GC (DC1) ein, wird der Nutzername erkannt und der Eintrag ändert sich von DC1 auf COM1 - verbinden kann sich Outlook aber nicht.

Hat jemand vielleicht noch eine Idee?

Hi Max,

Der OP aus dem anderen Thread beschreibt zwar ursprünglich ein anderes Problem, aber er hat auch das Verhalten das Du beobachten kannst... und zwar, dass sich der Name des Benutzers nicht auflösen lässt. Die beiden Sachen müssen nicht unbedingt etwas miteinander zu tun haben.

Welche Outlook Version nutzt Du? Hast Du mal einen anderen Client ausprobiert? Irgendwas haut da mit dem Directory Lookup auf dem Exchange nicht hin. Hast Du mal geschaut, ob der Exchange im App- oder System- Eventlog irgendwas meldet?

Moin,

auf den ersten Blick sieht das normal aus.

Exchange 2013 identifiziert den Mailbox-Server nicht mehr mit dem Namen, sondern mit einer eindeutigen GUID des Postfaches.

Das hat etwas damit zu tun, dass sich Rollenverteilung bei Exchange 2013 verändert hat und es keinen echten CAS-Server mehr gibt, sondern der CAS nur noch als Proxy tätig ist.

Hi,

für den Servernamen sieht es gut aus (wie Robert geschrieben hat). Beim Postfach sieht es nicht richtig aus, das wird nicht aufgelöst.

Hallo!

Leider hat alles nichts geholfen ): Im Eventlog habe ich keine relevanten Fehler ausfindig machen können. Die Autodiscovery-Antwort hab ich bis ins kleinste Detail auseinandergenommen. Ich habe als Clients mehrere Rechner mit Outlook 2010 und 2013 probiert, leider hat das zu keinem Erfolg geführt.

Was für mich zu Erfolg geführt hat, war Exchange 2013 auf dem Domänencontroller zu installieren - ich weiss das das nicht ratsam ist, aber bei Small Business Server ist das ja auch so. Resultat ist: jetzt klappt alles bestens (:
