We are having problems with Office 2010 activation using KMS. Office 2010 runs on Windows XP with Service Pack 3. KMS Host is MS Windows Server 2003. Windows XP clients are cloned, so all clients have same cmid (ospp.vbs /dcmid). Therefore, as I understood,
the activation count doesn't increase. As a result the office installations doesn’t become activated.
Are there some possibilities to solve this? Will MAK activation works here?
You can install some virtual clients and activate them to kms and delete them after registration. So the kms host will become active. as far as i know you need 5 clients.
