I´ve run wssrelinkallwsssites of Project Server 2007 PRK but don´t find the web application http://server:10000
Any idea?

As you have discovered, the sites must be in the PWA site collection in 2013.

Hi,
Have you checked if your project sites have been migrated? Test some of the links replacing the old URL with the new URL.
Also, check in the Project Site Provisioning Settings (in SharePoint Central Admin) if the 'Restrict Project Site creation to the default site collection' is enabled and, if so, remove the selection for that option.
Hope this helps

Hi Paul,
Project sites have been migrated, and the check of Restric Project Site creation is removed.
I can access to project sites with URL http://server:10000/projectname but I don´t link all sites in configuration of PWA (Bulk Update Connected Sites)

Try setting up an AAM (Alternate Access Method) for the link and port. That's done in SharePoint Central
cheers!

At the end I backup http://server:10000 and restore at http://server
Then, I could relink all sites.
Thanks
