Request view and positioning on Offering page

Hello

I have SCSM 2012 with WebPortal installed. On my Portal I see Request offering like a strings

But on this example (second screenshot) they are like a big buttons. How could I change view type on my portal?

Is it possible to hide "Cost & SLA Information" and "related Services" ? How to make it clean as on screenshot in the blog?

Thank you. But I read his blog and have not found information how to hide that parts of the form and display requests in another way. Could you where exactly he wrote about this?
