Duplicate IM messages RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We are getting reports of some users receieving duplicate IM messages in our Skype for Business 2015.

    For example a user will send:

    Hello

    How are you

    and the recipient will get:

    Hello

    Hello

    How are you?

    How are you?

    Have you seen this before?

    This is a bug that was introduced in the November update for the Skype for Business 2015 and 2016 clients.

    The estimated time of arrival for the new updates that resolves the issue is sometime in January.

  • ive just noticed this pop up on the forum which mentions this is a bug with November update as Daniel confirmed and if this is removed it seems to resolve the issue.

    Regarding this issue, agree with others, based on my research, it is a bug.

    Please check if you have install the KB3127934, if you installed this KB, please try to uninstall it.
