     if you search google you will find people using VMware get this error, I DO NOT use Vmware, Just an ISO into a DVD tried on another 2 computer, anyways, I gave the computer before to someone to put win 7, maybe he made a setting to install the windows with VM ware (settings in the BIOS or something i am not a pro), So please help.

    Can you boot?  Can you boot into safe mode?  Can you boot from the win 8 dvd?

    That BCC error code simply means driver verifier is running and probably causing the computer to not be able to boot.

    If you can boot into advanced boot menu find command prompt>right click it to run as admin>type this verifier /reset then try to reboot.

    Hi,

    It's recommended to contact that person who made changes on your system if possible. I think he is more familiar with what happened in your PC.

    well it boots, windows 8 logo is displayed and Then the screen turns black to the error and fastly restart , so no i can't boot in windows 8 safe mode but i can boot in win 7 (current system)

    OP says he does not run VMware and the thread is from 9 months ago.  That error code simply means he had driver verifier running and it caught a mis behaving driver.
