    Is LightSwitch Useless?

    I have used it to create a GUI to my SQL AZURE database, but there is no generated C# code go look at.  Without this, I cannot easily customize what I want to do.

    If you look at the Solution Explorer, you will not find any code to step into.  So I do not know how customization can work.

    It generates a Silverlight application.

    Or do you mean the possibilty to edit the Xaml code? This is done with the designer, here you create the same visual tree as you would do in Xaml.

    There you will find severale examples how to customize and how to code in LS.

    Oddly enough, you can right click and build a struct that has the elements of the table declared, (for what use this is, I do not know), but that seems to be all and this seems to be just for reference purposes.
