Upsizing MS Access to Sql Server

Hi I want to upsize a 100 MB Ms Acceess (2010) database to Sql server. Is the Sql Server express version the right choice? And what is the latest vesrion? The client has already Sql Server 2012 but they stricted me not to choose it because they use it for your ERP and very often they have problems and restart it.

SQL Server Express supports database sizes up to 10 GB, that should be enough to migrate your MS Access databases, see Editions and supported features of SQL Server 2017 for all further limitations of Express.
Current Version is 2017, 2019 is coming soon as final release.
