  • Hi,

Did you encrypt your drive before?

Did you perform any actions before the issue occur such as roll back or downgrade from Windows 10?

Most similar issues occur when encrypt drive in Windows 10, and downgrade to Windows 8.1 as Windows 10 bring a new encryption technology:XTS-AES and made it the new default.

If you have the same environment, we need to start system from a Windows 10 setup ISO image, and decrypt from there. Pease using the command line below to decrypt.

At first, we need using the recovery key to mount it:

manage-bde -unlock d: -rp recovery keynumber

    Then decrypt it:

manage-bde -off d:      (supposing it's seen as d: by setup)

If I misunderstood your issue, please tell me directly.
