Windows 7 PC domain joined to SBS 2003 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have got a question regarding Windows 7 domain joined to SBS 2003 standard edition SP2. I've a PC running on Windows 7 that I'd like to connect to the server SBS via domain. I've been struggling to get it to work. Anyway, I've come across the following link

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926505

It requires to install the update for SBS 2003. However, what hesitates me is because the server has got the SP2 already and the update is actually a Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 1. Just to clarify this - by installing this update, would it mean that changing the server from SP2 down to SP1. Would it be all right to run this update?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you in advance
