  Follow up below urls and enable Assembly binding,

  Open up the Windows Registry Editor (RegEdit.exe) and add the following keys:

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fusion
  Add:
  DWORD ForceLog set value to 1
  DWORD LogFailures set value to 1
  DWORD LogResourceBinds set value to 1
  String LogPath set value to folder for logs (e.g. C:\FusionLog\)

  Hi,
    

  It seems that update services 3.0 api samples and tools does not apply to WSUS 3.2 (Windows Server 2008 R2).
   
  
     

  If your purpose is to transfer the computer group and approval of the 2008R2 WSUS server, you can consider using the 2012R2 server as the downstream replica server of the 2008R2 server, and then disconnect the upstream and downstream relationship between them after completing synchronization.
