Windows 7 "sort by" in Details view RRS feed

    Is there a way of permanently adding a column to that view without it resetting itself after a restart. I'd need the Date Taken column as I use it quite often and it's just annoying to have to add it every time I restart my computer.

    Hi yaro,

    Do you means the Windows Explorer’s view?

    Based on my test, it can stay that column when restart the computer.

    Please backup your registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer

    Then export this registry from the same version computer and import to your computer.
