Roaming profile not remove currently after logoff (AppData\Local\Packages) RRS feed

    Hello,

    the problem is with roaming profiles on windows 10. After user logoff some folders don`t delete.

    Currently is:

    AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.SkypeApp_kzf8qxf38zg5c

    AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe

    inside folders some files are delete successfully, but other are still stay 

    \AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\LocalLow\Microsoft\CryptnetUrlCache\MetaData\82CB34DD3343FE727DF8890D352E0D8F

    \Users\sofiasknypa\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Local\Microsoft\CLR_v4.0\UsageLogs\LocalBridge.exe.log

    This problem does not affect all users and arises arbitrarily. The problem prevents the next user login by creating new versions of the profile.

    Hello,

    Computer Configuration => Policies => Administrative Templates => System/User Profiles => Delete cached copies of roaming profiles == Enabled

    Or you could set a log off script to delete profile after log off.

    As far as I know, if process/application “locks” the process within roaming profile, or, process crashing, and etc. then, it may cause such problem that profile cache are not deleted correctly. In your scenario, Microsoft Office Hub app need to be checked.
