How to get Project name in the project server 2013 OOB workflow tasks or mails RRS feed

  • Dear All

    When we create projects using Project server 2013 OOB workflow,in mails I should display the Project name .

    Please guide me how to get the current project name in the workflow tasks mails.

    I have found there is default "project name" column in project server 2013 workflow tasks but not able to get the name.

    Please tell me solution as I should deliver in 2days.

  • Yes, project name is the built in columns with project data

    Specify as below in your email

     [%Project Data:Project Name%]

  • Click the "fx" button to show the "Define Workflow Lookup" dialog box.  In the "Data Source", select "Project Data" and in the field, select "Project Name".
