Sharepoint Intranet Sites

Question

My municipality recently implemented Sharepoint 2007. I would like to see examples and/or discuss how other governmental agencies have utilized/implemented Sharepoint (what content did they upload to their libraries? how did they structure their site? how did Sharepoint help the organization? etc.).

Hi,
You may want to begin with the question of why was it implemented and the rationale of objectives. Subsequently, try and understand the Information Architecture of your Sharepoint environment and together consider the governance element too. Please see the link below with regards to the administration aspect of SharePoint environment.
