Send email from distribution group as default

Hi

Some of my users send emails from a distribution list and all it's OK but every time they create a new email they have to change "from" address to the distribution list because by default always appear their name.

How can we define the distribution list by default on the "from" address in outlook 2010 ?

Hi Hassan,

It is the default nature of Outlook. While composing a new email > Outlook will consider the default mailbox i.e. user's personal email address to send that email

Distribution group does not have a mailbox. It is associated with the personal mailbox. Hence the users will have to every time change the "From" address
