  • The problem I am having is one of our queues is showing calls holding, but no calls are actually in queue.  How can this be resolved on the RgAgentLive.exe tool?

    but the Response Group application gives agents the ability to access useful real-time information using its built-in Web service, I don’t think this can help to resolve your problem.
